Dress of the Day - Essence style 8000

We are thinking of changing the name of today to Tulle Tuesday! A particular gown that jumps out is style 8000. This gown was introduced in Spring 2010. It was also our cover gown for our bridal catalog that came out that same year! Time is running out! Have you entered our Essence Gown Giveaway for the month of September?
The strapless gown has a fitted bodice. The three-dimensional floral appliqués and Alencon lace cover the bodice. The waist is accentuated with a shirred band in a pretty blush color - but it has the option of coming solid white or solid ivory! The lace falls into the tulle skirt that shimmers with a layer of sequined tulle mixed in. Fabric: Sequined Tulle, Tulle and Taffeta. The colors available are: White, White/Blush, Ivory and Ivory/Blush.
Since a blush band is an option on this gown we thought we would pair this gown with style 7008 from our Social Occasion wear collection. This gown is a simple dress with halter straps that tie behind the neck. Embroidery and beading trim the soft sweetheart neckline emphasize by crisscross pleating across the bodice. The A-line skirt is simple with a circular cut overlay - this dress works for a mom or maid! Suggested retail price is: $265.00

Having mad love floating around the office for style 8006 lately. This dress has been dealing with the "oooh and aaah" syndrome every time someone takes it out of the box. The next time this dress hear's the "oohs and aaah's" it is usually be placed on a ....we call them models.... you call them brides! In any case....this is MUST have dress! Thoughts? Opinions?

Description: 8006

A mermaid silhouette gown with overlapping satin pleating falling from the sweetheart neckline into bands wrapping around to the back of the waist.  Beaded lace falls from the bands into cascading stripes along the fitted bodice and flaring out along the circular cut skirt and semi-cathedral train hemmed with lace.

Fabric: Satin and Dotted Tulle

Colors: White or Ivory

Suggested Retail Price: $995.00

Something for the Moms and Maids

We are fell in love with these cake balls when we came across them! We matched them with bridesmaid style 7926 which is actually a 2-piece ensemble. It's a knee length sheath dress with a beaded strapless neckline and a sewn in band at waist. A fold over band creates the off the shoulder wrap that pleats across the front with an embroidered and beaded closure. Suggested retail price: $165.00

We chose style 7927 in Taffeta for the mom's look. 3/4 sleeve gown has a banded off the shoulder neckline that pleats across the front bodice. The dress is finshed with a simple A-line skirt. Suggested retail price: $175.00

Fit and Flair with Style 8801

Recently, a lot of brides have been talking to us about lace! It's romantic, it's traditional and it is timeless in its elegance. That is why today, our dress of the day, is style 8801.
Strapless gown with a fit and flare silhouette. The neckline has a soft curve trimmed with a band of rhinestones. Lace drapes down from the neckline into the bodice over a soft net overlay. The bands of the lace flowing along the hem and semi-cathedral train create the illusion of a layered skirt.
