Just Peachy
Hope you are having a wonderful weekend! Fall is right around the corner...and with it will come all the beautiful fall colors, but we couldn't resist this pale peachy color that reminded us of the amazing summer we have had!
We chose style 2018 from the Bliss Bridal Collection. This gown is made from French Taffeta! Modest gown with a fit and flare sihouette. Lace covered bodice with a pleated modesty panel along the squared neckline. The shirred band along the natural waist wraps around to the draped bow down the back. The plain skirt and semi-cathedral train is made up of box pleats. Suggested retail price is $650.00 We only have a few days left until a winner is selected for our August Blog Giveaway! A lucky bride could choose style 2018 as her gown...will it be you?
We paired it with Special Occasion wear style 7932: Made from Taffeta, this strapless dress has a sweetheart neckline. The empire bodice is created with a shirred and twisted front overlay. The fit and flare skirt is simple with a pleated and twisted overlay down the back of the skirt. Suggested retail price is $175.00
Then we found this delicate, beautiful ring pillow from Etsy seller TheBloomingSouth. The pillow costs $48.00

Bonny Real Bride - Yvonne
Yvonne was married to Brandon on June 27, 2010 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Yvonne shared her story about finding her dress on our website! We love to hear from all of our brides and see pictures of them on their special day! Yvonne wore Unforgettable style 1623.
She has this to say about her Bonny gown...
"I had looked for months before I finally found my dress. Bonny 1623. I tried on all different types of dresses from chiffon to satin. Then one day i made an appointment at a bridal shop that happened to sell Bonny dresses. My sister and maid of honor couldnt make it at the last minute so there I was at this store 1 hour before they closed and it was just me the consultant and 3 dresses. The Bonny 1623 was the 2nd dress I tried on and before I even saw myself in the mirror I knew just by the way it felt (it is french taffeta and much lighter than satin) I loved it! It was my dress and my husband said that when he saw me in it for the first time he could not have imagined any dress more beautiful. I wish I could wear it again! Thank you Bonny!"
Thank you Yvonne! And congratulations to you and Brandon! We were really happy to see your pictures of your beautiful day...!!

Love to create inspiration boards?
We were recently contacted by a company that is getting ready to launch a website for interior designers, wedding planners, fashion & textile designers as well as graphic artists! They wanted permission to use our dresses for their inspiration boards - which of course, we happily replied "YES!" We love to see creativity and hope we inspire others by our designs! So, here is a sample board they came up with and the site will be going live in the next couple of months. If you are interested in testing out your creativity check out: Sample Board Online

Bonny Real Bride - Jami
We just heard from Jami - a real Bonny Bride who wore style 1900 from our Unforgettable Collection! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous picture Jami - and your awesome story! :) You looked beautiful!!

"I actually had a dress that I had planned to wear and was not planning on falling in love with my Bonny dress but it happened. We were in the middle of bridesmaid dress scouting when I asked to try on a few bridal gowns just so I could have the experience of being on the platform as the bride. My first dress was the dress I thought I wanted. It was a family members dress who had called off her wedding but never worn or sold her amazing dress. When I got engaged she offered and I accepted. Again so I had a beautiful dress at home but since it was a slow day in the bridal shop they agreed to let me have that experience and began to pull dresses for me. I tried on a few and was thinking that I had confirmation that the dress I had at home was the dress I was meant to wear...then I put on the Bonny 1900 and fell into a huge pile of tears. It was every emotion that I thought a bride should feel when they find the dress. It was my dream dress completely including the three quarter length sleeves the v-neckline and train that I sketched on a notepad when dreaming of my wedding day years prior but never thought I would find. The subtle sparkles the lace shirred waist and bridal buttons were a plus. It was perfect for my fall wedding in the mountains and I felt like the traditional bride that I had always wanted to be."

Wedding Gown Bliss - August Bridal Gown Giveaway
ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED!
A WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON!
We are having so much fun getting to know our friends and fans! The past 2 months we have been giving away gowns from each of our bridal collections (you know, we have FOUR collections...guess what that means?). This month we would like to introduce you to our Bliss Collection! We are offering a lucky bride the chance to win her choice of bridal gown from the Bliss Modest Collection!
Here's some information about Bliss: We introduced this line of modest dresses in the Spring of 2007. A lot of our partners (stores) and brides were requesting more modest, conservative gowns - but they wanted gowns that were modern and fit the personality of the brides that wore them. We worked very closely with our stores...listening to what their customers wanted! Custom changes are also a big thing with this line! Sleeve lengths can be changed - so if you prefer a 3/4 or long sleeve, that is not a problem! Need a higher neckline? Not a problem! The neckline of any Bliss gown can be raised to a Jewel neckline as well!
